Our principal is Christopher N. Andal. Mr. Andal has been involved in civil litigation for almost 20 years. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients as well as successfully defended them. He was recently named in the 2019 Nation’s Top One Percent of Attorneys and 2019 10 Best Attorneys in California for personal injury. He has been previously named to SuperLawyer’s 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Southern California Rising Stars list, an honor bestowed on no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the State. Our firm’s diverse practice areas are drawn largely from Mr. Andal’s own extensive litigation and trial experience. Mr. Andal has represented individuals, small businesses, insurance carriers and Fortune 500 companies in a wide array of transactional and litigation matters. However, Mr. Andal is committed to leveling the playing field for individuals and small businesses. He regularly fights insurance and big business giants in a “David v. Goliath” setting.

Mr. Andal currently serves on the board of directors of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association [OCTLA]. He previously served on the boards of the Orange County Bar Association [OCBA], Filipino Lawyers of Orange County [FLOC], Filipinio American Chamber of Commerce [FACCOC] and Orange County Asian Pacific Islander Community Alliance [OCAPICA]. He is a past President of OCBA’s Young Lawyers and FACCOC as well as a founding member of FLOC. Mr. Andal is frequently invited to speak at various seminars and workshops on behalf of professional and community organizations.

Arnold A. Hernandez is a litigation and trial attorney. He earned an MBA from California State University, San Bernardino, and worked as a business manager for an import company for several years before attending law school. In 2000, Arnold graduated from the UC Davis School of Law and immediately began practicing at a personal injury law firm in Placer County after passing the bar exam.

He has handled a wide range of civil cases, including insurance bad faith, wage and hour disputes, and business litigation, but his primary focus has always been personal injury. Arnold is admitted to practice before all California courts, including the California Superior Court, the California Court of Appeal, and the California Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the Federal Southern District Court, the Federal Central District Court, the Federal Eastern District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Throughout his career, he has taken cases to trial as co-counsel or solo counsel in Sacramento County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, Kern County, and Orange County.

Arnold has been practicing personal injury and wrongful death law for over 24 years. He has handled more than 1,000 cases, including those involving wrongful death, car accidents, trucking accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and dog bites.

Gregory H. D. Alumit is a skilled trial attorney with extensive experience representing individuals in state and federal courts. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security disability law. Throughout his career, Mr. Alumit has built a strong track record, securing millions of dollars in mass tort and construction defect cases, while also obtaining vital recoveries for disability clients seeking Social Security benefits.

Mr. Alumit earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, he now resides in Buena Park, California. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, watching Detroit and University of Michigan sports, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
